Good intentions, flawed execution
The hotel super nice team and provided excellent recommendations for skiing routes, we had a fantastic day on the slopes! Breakfast offered delicious options like fresh omelettes.
We experienced noise disturbances from nearby bars. The decor in some areas felt outdated .

We enjoyed the lovely buffet meals, but the noise from the local bars was a bit full-on at night. Staff were super friendly, and the ski locker was handy as!

The breakfast was savoury and very good with cheeses and Catalan cuisine and attention to detail. The hotel had a central location easy to get to-&-from the slopes. What's more, it was short walk to other bars and restaurants, the main gondola and bars and all the Soldeu plus other villages.

The staff were incredible. The front desk staff went out of their way to make sure anything we needed was taken care of. Our booking included breakfast on both mornings which was a buffet with a full range of choices. A supper buffet is also available. The hotel offers guided hiking every morning. Our guide was extremely good, and paid special attention to our two children ages 11 and 12. The hiking experience exceeded our expectations. The guided hiking is included for all hotel guests. This was an excellent two night excursion / family adventure on our two week visit to France from Canada.

The buffet meals were really good, with a wide variety like fresh omelettes, sushi, and ribs, ensuring something delicious for every meal.
The ski lockers in the basement were not heated, uncomfortable to store our equipment after a long day on the slopes.

Overall my stay at the hotel was in line with expactations - budget stay close to ski lifts. But if you want to get more quality location you should choose different places. Some good things to mention: friendly helpfull staff, location in 50 m from gondola, nice breakfast with variety of food
Rooms and furniture look obsolete, drainage smell in the room, room keys are not working properly, staff or guests are smoking in the halls and elevators

Solo traveler seeking adventure
The food was great,, I mean they had a buffet with fresh omelettes, sushi, and ribs every evening. Was nice after a long day on the slopes,, to sit at the bar and chat with friendly staff like Bruno,, always smiling and ready to help.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly,, but still acceptable given the location and service.

Convenient for skiing, comfortable lounge area remains mostly tranquil thanks to separate childrens play area.
At capacity, room allocation may be other than as requested in booking. When hotel is full, hot water system occasionally unable to cope with demand. As the restaurant is not large enough to accommodate all guests at single sitting, a booking system should be adopted. Wifi Internet requires increased capacity.

Helpful staff and excellant value for money. Lots of room, and a nice balconey.
Andorra doesn't seem to have the smoking ban like other places, so if you are a non smoker you may find areas of the hotel a little smokey, but I think this might be true of alot of hotels in the area.

I really loved this hotel. First of all, it was right across the street from the ski lift. They got us a 10% discount on rental equipment and gave us a free locker to store everything right in the basement. The room was very large with a comfy bed, fridge, tv, beautiful windows and a nice bathroom. The staff were so friendly and helpful as well. They had a nice, simple spa that was perfect after a day of skiing. The free breakfast was big and had everything you could want. I would definitely stay here again!
One bad thing was there was a bar right at the back of the hotel and just under our window. On the weekend, people were very loud until it closed at 4am. I suggest a room on the front side of the hotel and high up to avoid noise. Also, bring an extra pillow because the pillows are very small! Overall, not much to complain about.
